Institutional Subscriptions and Site Licenses
ADA offers institutional subscribers access to the journal(s) online at a localized site. "Sites" are considered an organizational unit, and may be academic or nonacademic. For institutions located in more than one city, each city office is considered a different site. For institutions within the same city that are administered independently, each office is considered a different site.
An institutional subscription entitles the subscriber to one print subscription plus online access from five IP addresses at one site. An institutional site license allows unlimited access from all IP addresses at a given site.

To subscribe, follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to the print (and online) editions of: DIABETES (ISSN 0012-1797), DIABETES CARE (ISSN 0149-5992), DIABETES SPECTRUM (ISSN 1040-9165), and CLINICAL DIABETES (ISSN 0891-8929).

Once payment is received by ADA or your serial vendor, please allow 6–8 weeks to receive the first issue.
Manage Your Subscription
To Renew your subscription, please review ADA's customer service options on DiabetesPro. You may also send your request directly to ADA's customer service center at membership@diabetes.org or by calling 1-800-232-3472, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.
To Access Usage Reports, Manage Account Information, or View or Change IP Addresses, please access the Institutional Administrator Dashboard. You will need the User ID and Password that you set up when activating your online subscription(s) to access the dashboard.
Online Access
To activate your online subscription, please click on "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner of any of the pages on diabetesjournals.org, enter the e-mail address associated with your subscription(s) in the appropriate field, and then click on "Reset Password." You will then be prompted to follow the steps to establish your credentials. You can then use these same credentials to access the Institutional Administrator Dashboard.
