In the print version of the article listed above, the sentence on page 2131: “Further, providers should consider asking whether there are new or different barriers to treatment adherence and self-management, such as feeling overwhelmed or stressed by diabetes or other life stressors” was changed to delete the word “adherence.”
And on pages 2132 and 2135, “glycemic control” was changed to read “glycemic management.”
